i know smokin helps buhh dat ain't a option cuz its hamful wad do dey do to get so skinny after all the research still in doubt not dat all are anorexic/bulimic LOL!!!!!How do models control their hunger/appeite?don't they get any cravings?
they take appetite suppressant pills eg sida cordifolia, its high caffine content gives you lots of energy and takes ur appetite away,i had these for 3 months and lost 18lb but when i stopped taking them the obvious thing happend and i gained half of that back,now im struggleing,so i guess they starve thereself and its never endingHow do models control their hunger/appeite?don't they get any cravings?
you can buy them off e-bay 拢12.50 for 60 tablets which is a months worth,i dont know how much that is in indias currency
