those are the wiring provisions for the break box. It sounds as if someone had a break box hardwired in or just cut the wires to the harness.

Need to know if 06 yr model H3 have factory wiring for brake controls?
i have located 4 wires under the dash on left side typically where all wiring are these wires are just hanging loose no harness attatched i believe these are the wires for installation but do not know which is whatNeed to know if 06 yr model H3 have factory wiring for brake controls?
