What are the fuel tanks on small radio controlled models made of? (the hold the nitro fuel)

I would like to find out what material nitro rc model fuel tanks are made of and the best adhesive to use when trying to glue that material.What are the fuel tanks on small radio controlled models made of? (the hold the nitro fuel)
Fuel tanks are made of some sort of semi- flexible plastic material. Hot glue will stick to the material somewhat, as will epoxy. Tank must be clean and roughed up with sandpaper to make them stick, and if fuel is allowed to spill on it, will eventually come loose.What are the fuel tanks on small radio controlled models made of? If you want to glue this plastic, you must first ';flash'; the plastic with a flame. Use a butane torch and quickly go over the tank. You will see the plastic change. You dont need to get it hot. This practice is commonly used in painting plastic. Hope this helps.
